Laws of Karma
From the laws of karma section -
How to convert mindset of Arjuna to fight into the battlefield was the purpose of Gita
This section says- There’s nothing right and wrong in the world. Everything happens from what you did. Do the karma, not to worry about the result. One should rise above the actions which means desire, rise above the karma. Some of your karma results instantly while some take time. But it will definitely happen some day.
Karma also says, this world is binary.
It means if there’s an evil somewhere then there must be some form of good to deter it.
Even thinking is karma in Gita, if someone thinks good, good to him/her. Gita says one has to detach him/herself from envy, comparison.
And when your good karma is higher than your bad karma. You'll get good results, instead, you're bad in someone's eye.
We should have to respect our friends or even foes and to be fair every time. Even Rama respects Ravan.
But in general, when we see something wrong happening in front of our eyes, we get worried and sometimes frustrated.
Gita says just leave everything to the god.
Whatever you do you will get results either today or tomorrow. But you’ll definitely get it.
Understanding the Word “Maya”
Maya (Maya is defined as an illusion that is not present in some context)
To Understand Maya first we try to understand God.
Who is God? Or someone says “Power of Infinity”
Everything moves around God.
But if you don’t know who’s god. So here comes the duality that h/she’s in human or trees or animals. Actually, it’s pervading. And here humans are matter and we interact with Maya that is invisible. It has different forms like love, anger, desire.
But a man or woman who is always the same in every situation of life whether it be a happy moment or sad moment, loss, profit, ups and down.
That defines him/her as a noble person. It says not to attach with Maya. Only birth and death are permanent in this universe besides everything is ephemeral.
Other side of the Maya is also that Maya doesn’t mean everything is an illusion.
There is a delimitation that this world/Maya is a boundary we are in a cage.
We cannot overcome that. But the god is limitless. And there’s God in every one of us. One can feel the universe with their goodness.
In general when a person experiences a difficult time in their life they usually remember God and they also experience spirituality.
When we lose someone who is very close to us. It gives us immense pain. Became emotional and broke. But if we follow the Gita it says just be normal, sensible. You’re in the Maya. Why did you mourn for your loved one when there is divine presence everywhere. The world is less real than God.
Importance of Nature & Duty
You carry forward your birthplace from the deeds of your last born even god can NOT change that.
Nature is supreme, omnipresence that works non-stop
If you violate the rules and laws of nature you’ll have repercussions.
It says- always use your mind to make decisions, not your heart. We are all victims of our impulses. And expectations hurt most.
When you scold or hurt someone. You imbalance nature. If we overcome our impulses, nature won’t harm us. And one will get rid of this cycle.
35th sloka - Just do your own work with commitment and forget about others.
36th sloka - Desire is the biggest enemy of human mankind.
The meaning of finding god is to find your inner light.
Do your karma and never care about the result.
* Who are you?
There are 5 forms of the cosmic stage.
Matter
Life
Mind
Righteous knowledge (Vigyaan)
Bless / Anand
Many of us move around 4 forms.
The one who identifies that birth & death is only the reality and lives in that way. They gradually learn how to raise the intellectual conscious part of the brain.
5th level is the highest cosmic stage where one gets rid of ego.
In this stage, ego is completely harmonized. People in the past have done it
Like - Swami Vivekananda, Ram Krishna Paramhansa, Sai Baba, Jesus Christ.
They all completed the cosmic stage of life on earth.
Arjuna was the greatest archer in that time. And had immense knowledge in archery. But after seeing his clan into the battlefield he was in the state to lay down his arms.
One unaware of his full potential. What s/he can pull off.
Arjuna finished his clans into the battlefield. It will be very tough for him to kill his relatives. Arjuna has the highest killings in Mahabharata.
Before the killings, thoughts of Arjuna are -
How do I kill my relatives- my brother, uncle. Society will not spare me.
But after persuading Krishna. Krishna narrated the whole Gita to Arjuna and asked him, Do whatever you like. Either you give up or fight to your last blood & Arjuna did. He killed all of his opponents. Without bothering society.
Here is the meaning - One has to leave the bondage of society. And can reach the 5th stage living in society by using their brain. Just masters over all the powers of soul and body.
Ego & lust are the greatest enemy of humans on earth. Ego & senses can be controlled, once done, one can feel the superpower that exists.
